This is a residential project with stilt+2 floors with a penthouse in terrace floor. Structurally this was most challenging project since this house stands with only 7 columns. Central part of the house does not contain column which gives more freedom to design. For the first time we made a design for covering the beam. Island kitchen, steel staircase, porotherm dinning in terrace, God’s eye, Diamond lights, Swarovski door handles, Lion door design, teak wood colosseum, Lift, compound wall design, steel handrail, arrival of eagle were the lookout designs in this wonderful project.
