Since our inception in 2015, we have pioneered an innovative style of architecture through a wondrous wide range of works from residence, commercial, industrial design and interior design with an uncompromised vision in our mission.

Creativity flourishes when an integrated multi-disciplinary approach is made. Chairman + Founder

Vignesh Rajadurai Gajendran
was born in Chennai. After graduating from Sathyabama University with the Bachelors of Architecture certificate, he extended his post-graduation at the University of Salford, Manchester and won distinction in master's degree at BIM and Integrated design.
In 2015 he established AOIN DESIGNTECH in Chennai. Over the past years the practise has been responsible for a wide range of remarkably well designed projects from private houses, commercial building, Industrial design, offices and interior designs across the state.
Vignesh believes that digitalisation in architecture will prove to be a crucial factor in shaping a better future. In order to that, he trusts that a good research is the best precautionary measure to stop any kind of error from happening.
We help our clients realise their ambitions through architecture that’s grounded in people, their experiences and their environments, applying our integrated expertise and the most advanced digital tools to unlock the potential in every project. It’s an approach that’s allowed us to create great residential and commercial projects in the city. ​

What do we do?
AOIN believes that the finest of design is achieved only when an integrated effort is able to be managed from different disciplines. We firmly believe that designing buildings can create a direct or indirect impact towards the environment, culture, society and the surrounding neighbourhood. So we have a creative team who can visualise and create an integrated environment from conceptualisation to completion. The work process of AOIN is based on Strategic Application Process (SAP) through which we can coordinate the process of defining, briefing, designing, constructing and close out of an entire building process. Our in-house designing team believes and research steps to reduce building waste and error, which are the huge drawbacks in the industry of construction.
AOIN is a diverse, technical and highly creative community, united by our shared aims and values. Our clients benefit from the insights of our architects, engineers, MEP teams, and many more. This ‘total architecture’ approach improves each design, resulting in more sustainable, resilient, intelligent and robust outcomes.
