Engineering design will play an imperative role in developing a sustainable environment. Engineers have a major role in determining the various possibilities in order to execute the design. Apparently, by integrating different disciplines at the early stages of design AOIN will be able to detect clashes early in order to prevent it before execution. Integrating engineering team will also help to optimise the building design.

We believe that defining the space is more important than to decorating it. Understanding the client's requirement and the nature of the site will be completely examined before we begin the design. Lighting is an influential factor when designing the interiors. Natural lighting will be influential until and unless there is a requirement for artificial lighting. Building Information Modelling is considered as one of the most advanced innovation in the building industry. Although, the inception of BIM has begun in the early periods in the form of CAD. It is being able to integrate all the disciplines together and many strategies have been formed in order to make it more stabilise. BIM is slowly being enabled in different countries. We at AOIN are in the process of implementing BIM in India. We are working through strategies and planning in order to execute the process of BIM.
