This is a residential project with Stilt+1 structure. Since, the soil report suggested a pile foundation; we went for a depth of 40’ which none of the other houses have done in that area till our commencement. The structure is also pre-planned for constructing in the second floor. In the design aspect of the building is to elevate the building's presence hence we have used the concept of Projection and Recession.
